At Rotating Consulting Services (RCS), we specialize in inspection and repair services of OEM equipment and large turbomachinery. With over 30 years of hands-on industry experience, we’ve worked with leading OEM units such as GE, Westinghouse, and Elliot, ensuring precision, reliability, and operational excellence.
Our story begins in Houston, where founder Jose Aguirre discovered his passion for welding and mechanical work more than three decades ago. From his start at Turbine Services to leading inspections and repairs on turbines, compressors, pumps, blowers, and more, Jose has built a legacy of professional workmanship shaped by trusted OEM practices and top-tier repair shops.
